Expungements

If you are charged with a crime in Virginia and are acquitted, the prosecution opts not to pursue the charge (known as nolle prosequi), or the charge is otherwise dismissed, you may be eligible to have those police and court records expunged. I have assisted close to a hundred people through the expungement process, which can take several months to a year to complete.
