Christopher Tuck, Attorney & Counselor at Law, P.C.
Christopher is a native of Blacksburg and a graduate of Gateway Christian Academy (1986), Concord College (1990), and Thomas Cooley Law School (1993). He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is licensed to practice law before the Virginia Court of Appeals, Virginia Supreme Court, U.S. District Court (Western District), and the United States Supreme Court. He is qualified by the Virginia State Bar to serve as Guardian ad litem for children and for incapacitated adults. He was also qualified by the Virginia State Bar to serve as lead counsel and co-counsel in capital murder cases prior to their abolishment.
Christopher was a member of the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors for 8 years and served as Chair for 3 years. In addition, he serves as Vice-President of the Montgomery - Radford Bar Association; Officer of the Criminal Law Section of the Montgomery-Radford Bar Association; member of the Board of Directors, served 20 years on the Southwest Virginia Legal Aid Society; member of the 10th District Committee (Section I); and past chairman and current member of the New River Valley VASAP Board of Directors.
Awards and recognitions have included CASA “Guardian ad litem of the Year” and “Pro Bono Attorney of the Year”—New River Valley Legal Aid Society.
